At Dribbleup, customer satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we offer hassle-free exchanges & returns for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to make sure you're 100% happy with your purchase. Let us know if there's anything we can do to improve your experience.
For orders purchased between November 1 – December 6, 2025, we've extended returns until January 5, 2026. 🎁
Initiating an Exchange
Exchanging your Dribbleup product for a different size or weight is a straightforward process. Follow these general steps for a seamless exchange:
Receive a Return Label:
A prepaid USPS return label will be emailed to you. Please check your inbox for the email sent by Dribbleup’s customer support.
Prepare and Ship the Item:
Pack the item securely for return using the provided return label.
You can either schedule a USPS pick-up here or drop it off at your nearest USPS office. Use the USPS Location Finder to locate the closest drop-off point.
Notify Dribbleup Support:
After handing the package over to USPS, notify Dribbleup through your customer support conversation. This ensures your exchange can be finalized, and the replacement product can be sent.
Initiating a Return
If you need to return your order, email us at hello@dribbleup.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to ship your order back for a full refund.
