Scanning and Tracking Tips

Resolve issues with tracking during sessions

Scanning

When scanning, you should see your Smart Equipment within the circle shown on your device's screen. Make sure you're about 5 feet away from your device.

Lighting

Your Smart Equipment should be well lit to allow your device's camera to easily identify it. Intense light in the background may interfere with the tracking.

Device/Stand Placement

Your stand should be on the floor. Place your device on the stand after you select your session. Depending on the drill, you may need to stand at an angle to your device.

External Interference

Clothing and objects similar in color to your Smart Equipment may interfere with tracking. This may cause some reps to not count or overcount.
