Whether you’re a beginner or looking to take your cardio to the next level, Smart Boxing helps you stay consistent and build strength, confidence, and endurance at home.

Getting Started

To begin, you’ll need:

  • A pair of Dribbleup Smart Boxing Gloves

  • A phone or tablet (iOS 13+ or Android 12+)

  • The Dribbleup app downloaded and installed

  • An All-Access Membership to unlock all workouts

No sensors or cords needed. The app uses your device’s camera to track your punches in real time.

How It Works

  1. Put on your gloves

    Secure your Smart Boxing Gloves snugly and make sure your training space is clear.

  2. Scan your gloves

    When prompted, hold your gloves up to the screen to calibrate. The app will use your camera to recognize and track your punches.

  3. Start your workout

    Choose from beginner to advanced workouts led by motivational trainers. As you punch, the app counts reps and gives feedback to help you improve.

  4. Track your results

    The app tracks punch count, intensity, and workout duration, helping you stay motivated and measure your progress over time.

What Workouts Are Included?

Here’s a sample of sessions available in the app:

  • Box & Burn – Beginner | 20 min

    Jab-cross combos, uppercuts, footwork, and cardio bursts

  • HIIT Boxing Blast – Intermediate | 25 min

    Punch combos with high-intensity intervals for strength and sweat

  • Knockout Core – Advanced | 30 min

    Boxing blended with core-focused moves like plank punches and sit-up jabs

New classes are added regularly, so there’s always something fresh to keep you engaged.

Tips for the Best Experience

  • Use a secure stand and practice in a well-lit room

  • Keep about 6ft (2 meters) of space to move comfortably

  • Follow the trainer’s cues for proper form and pacing

  • Focus on controlled movements, not just speed
