Getting Started

To begin, you’ll need:

  • A 6lb or 10lb Dribbleup Smart Strength Ball

  • A phone or tablet (iOS 13+ or Android 12+)

  • The Dribbleup app downloaded and installed

  • An All-Access Membership to access all workouts

The app uses your device’s camera to track movements and count reps—no sensors or special setup required.

How It Works

  1. Grab your Smart Strength Ball

    Choose the right weight for your fitness level. You can switch between 6lb and 10lb based on the workout type or intensity.

  2. Scan your ball

    Follow the on-screen prompts to scan your Smart Strength Ball. The app uses your camera to recognize the ball and start tracking.

  3. Choose a workout

    Access hundreds of strength, mobility, and cardio workouts—live and on-demand. You’ll be guided by expert trainers with built-in motivation and pacing.

  4. Track your reps

    The app counts your reps in real time and helps you stay on target, improving form, consistency, and results.

What Workouts Are Included?

Here’s a sample of available sessions:

  • Total Body Burn – 20 min

    Combines squats, slams, and presses for a full-body workout

  • Core Crusher – 15 min

    Focused on ab strength using twists, sit-ups, and overhead holds

  • Mobility & Balance – 18 min

    Gentle strength-building movements to improve control and stability

New workouts are added regularly, so you can always find something that fits your fitness level and goals.

  • Use a stable stand and clear ~6ft of space
