You can use either the account email or username to sign in to the app. All users within your account use the same password.
Open the app and tap Login. Then tap Reset Password at the bottom of the screen. Enter your account email and tap Reset Password.
You'll receive an email from email@example.com within a few minutes. Then tap the Reset Your Password link within the email.
Enter your new password then tap Change Password. You'll see a confirmation at the bottom if your password was successfully changed.
