Managing Your Membership Instead?

If you're looking to update your payment method, view your plan, or cancel, head to the Membership Portal: 👉 account.dribbleup.com

Enter the email used at checkout to receive a Login Code to your inbox. This site is separate from the app and doesn’t use a password.

📲 Logging into the Dribbleup App

The Dribbleup app uses a shared username and password system. Here’s how to get started or log back in:

🆕 New to the App?

  • Tap Get Started on the login screen

  • Create your first username and shared password for your account

  • After that, you can add more users under Settings > Add User

🔁 Returning User?

You can log in using the email or any username linked to your account—they all share the same password.

❗Common Login Fixes

Here are the most common reasons login doesn’t work as expected:

  • Make sure you’re using the right email. Most of the time accounts are created under the same email used to purchase, unless it was gifted and claimed under a different email.

  • If you’re unsure which email is tied to your Membership, search for “Your Dribbleup Membership Confirmation” in your inbox

  • Check for typos, autofill issues, or try logging out and back in again
