If you’re having trouble accessing your Dribbleup Membership, it’s often because you’re logged in with a different email than the one used at checkout. Here’s how to fix it:
🔍 1. Check the email you used
Your Membership is connected to the email used during your original purchase. If you log in with a different email—even one you use often—you won’t see your active plan.
Tip: Search your inboxes for an email titled “Your Dribbleup Membership Confirmation.” If you have multiple email addresses, check the To field in that message to confirm which email is linked to your Membership.
🔁 2. Log out and try again
Go to account.dribbleup.com
Log out of any current session
Enter the correct email from Step 1
Check that inbox for your Login Code and sign in
