Where can I purchase Smart Gear?

All Smart Equipment is available online at dribbleup.com.

What does the All-Access Membership include?

The All-Access Membership unlocks unlimited sports and fitness sessions – to be used with your Smart Basketball, Smart Soccer Ball, Smart Baseball, Smart Tennis Racket, and Smart Fitness gear. You will unlock hundreds of sessions to keep you accountable!

Can multiple people use the same Membership?

Yes! You can add up to 6 household members to one account. The Membership provides access to sessions for all users within that account.

Can I use the same Membership for all of my Smart Gear?

Yes! One membership provides access to all basketball, soccer, baseball, tennis, and fitness sessions. You'll just need the coordinating Smart Gear to unlock.

How will I be billed?
Membership charges begin upon delivery and will be charged monthly at the applicable fee and to your chosen payment method until canceled. If purchased separately at account.dribbleup.com, your Membership charges will begin upon purchase.

When does my Membership activate?

Membership automatically activates upon delivery, which is also when the first Membership charge takes place. If purchased separately at account.dribbleup.com, your Membership will automatically activate upon purchase.

What can I access without the Membership?

Without the Membership, you will have access to limited content on the App, such as short practice drills. The Membership is automatically added to Smart Equipment purchases and gives you unlimited access to hundreds of sessions to keep you accountable.

If I already have a Membership, will I be charged for another one when purchasing additional Smart Equipment?

If you already have a Membership associated with the email that you used to purchase your new Smart Equipment, you will not be charged for another Membership. If you experience any billing errors, please contact customer service via email at hello@dribbleup.com or live chat.

How can I gift my Membership?

After purchase, you'll receive an email confirmation of your Membership. There's a link at the bottom to share your Membership as a gift. You can also claim an Activation Code directly at dribbleup.com/claim.

Please note that the initial purchaser of the Membership will be charged monthly for the Membership until canceled.

Can I purchase multiple months of Membership as a gift?

Memberships are not currently available to purchase for multiple months.

Can I transfer my Membership to someone else?

Memberships are non-transferable, but you can always cancel and rejoin under a different email online at account.dribbleup.com.

How do I cancel my Membership?

You can easily cancel your Membership any time online at account.dribbleup.com or via email at hello@dribbleup.com. *In-App Purchases made with an Apple or Google account can only be canceled directly through that account, not Dribbleup.
