How to Manage Your Membership
You can update your Membership settings anytime online. Whether you want to pause, cancel, or change your payment method, here’s how to do it:
🔐 1: Log in to Your Membership Portal
Go to account.dribbleup.com and enter the email you used at checkout. We’ll send a Login Code to that email so you can access your account.
Can’t find your Membership?
You may be logged in under the wrong email. Try logging out and using a different one, or check out: Can’t Find Your Membership? Try This.
⚙️ 2: Manage Your Membership
Once you’re logged in, tap the Menu icon at the top-left. From there, you can:
Pause Your Membership – Temporarily stop access and payments
Cancel Your Membership – End access and stop future billing
Update Payment Info – Change your credit card or billing method
After canceling, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
📱 Using Apple or Google Subscriptions?
If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you’ll need to cancel directly in your Apple or Google account. Dribbleup cannot cancel those subscriptions for you.
