Here's how to download the app and create your account to start training.

đŸ“Č Set Up Your Dribbleup Account & App

Your Dribbleup All-Access Membership starts automatically once your Dribbleup Product is delivered. To start training, download the app and create your account using the same email address you used at checkout.

đŸ“± What You’ll Need

To use your Dribbleup, you’ll need:

  • A smartphone or tablet (iOS or Android)

  • The Dribbleup app

  • A Wi-Fi or data connection

đŸ“„ Step 1: Download the Dribbleup App

Download the app directly to your smartphone or tablet:

Make sure your device software is up to date to ensure smooth performance.

🔐 Step 2: Create Your Account in the App

  1. Open the DribbleUp app and tap Get Started.

  2. Enter your birthday.

  3. Enter the same email address you used at checkout — this links your All-Access Membership and Dribbleup Product automatically.

  4. Open the verification email from DribbleUp, scroll to the bottom, and tap I Agree.

  5. When prompted with “Have an activation code?”, follow the instructions for your purchase.
    For Amazon and TikTok purchases, enter the 6-character activation code included in the box.

    For Dribbleup.com purchases, select “I don't have a code.” Use the email address associated with your purchase so your membership can be linked correctly.

  6. Create your username, check both boxes, and click on Submit.

  7. Select the purchased Dribbleup products.

  8. Choose your skill level.

  9. You can start using your Dribbleup app!

📧 Using a different email? You can still access your All-Access Membership by claiming your Activation Code at account.dribbleup.com/claim. We emailed the code to the address you used at checkout.

✅ What Happens Next

Once your account is created:

  • You’ll be able to select your Dribbleup Product.

  • Your membership features will unlock.

  • You can start your first training session.

If you’re having trouble logging in or creating your account:

  • Double-check the email used at checkout.

  • Use the Forgot Password link in the app.

  • Contact our support team via the link: Contact Support

If you are having trouble signing in without a password, you can still sign in using a verification code sent to your email.

  1. Open your Dribbleup app and select "Sign in"

  2. Enter the email address associated with your DribbleUp account, and select "Email me a code".

  3. Check your email for the 6-digit verification code.

  4. Enter the code in the app to sign in.

If you want to set up a password for login, follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to the app using your email.

  2. Go to the Me page

  3. Open Settings

  4. Select the Set Password option.

  5. Enter your account email

  6. Open the Dribbleup email, and click on "Reset your password".

  7. Create your new password
