What does the Membership include?

The Membership provides access to unlimited sports and fitness classes – to be used with your basketball, soccer, med ball, and boxing equipment. You will unlock hundreds of classes to keep you accountable!

Can multiple people use the same Membership?

Yes! You can add up to 6 household members to one account. The Membership provides access to classes for all users within that account.

Can I use the same Membership for all of my Smart Equipment?

Yes! One membership provides access to all basketball, soccer, med ball, & boxing classes.

How much is the Membership?

The Membership is $9.99/month, plus applicable tax.

When does my Membership activate?

Membership automatically activates upon delivery, which is also when the first Membership charge takes place. And for all of you amazing gift-givers, there is an option to delay the start of your Membership until December 25th, during checkout.

What can I access without the Membership?

Without the Membership, you will have access to limited content on the App, such as short practice drills. The Membership is automatically added to Smart Equipment purchases and gives you unlimited access to hundreds of classes to keep you accountable.

If I already have a Membership, will I be charged for another one when purchasing additional Smart Equipment?

If you already have a Membership associated with the email that you use to purchase your new Smart Equipment, you will not be charged for another Membership. If you experience any billing errors, please contact customer service via email at hello@dribbleup.com or live chat.

What is the Gift Activation Code?

If you purchased Smart Equipment as a gift, you can share the Gift Activation Code with the gift recipient. The user will then enter the Gift Activation Code when creating an account online at account.dribbleup.com.

Please note that the initial purchaser of the Membership will be charged monthly for the Membership until canceled.

Can I purchase multiple months of Membership as a gift?

Memberships are not currently available to purchase for multiple months.

Can I transfer my Membership to someone else?

Memberships are non-transferable, but you can always cancel and rejoin under a different email online at account.dribbleup.com.

How do I cancel my Membership?

You can easily cancel your Membership any time online at account.dribbleup.com or via email at hello@dribbleup.com.
