🛠️ Have a Product Issue?

All Dribbleup purchases include a 45-Day Warranty that covers product defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

If you notice any issues—whether it’s related to performance, materials, or anything else—reach out to us at hello@dribbleup.com. We’ll review the issue and do our best to support you. In many cases, we’re able to send a replacement, especially if you’re an active Member.


⚽ Smart Basketball and Smart Soccer Ball Setup Tips

Your Smart Basketball or Smart Soccer Ball is inflated to regulation pressure before shipping. In rare cases, pressure may shift during transit. You can inflate it just like a standard ball:

  • Basketball: 7–9 PSI

  • Soccer Ball: 8.5–15.6 PSI

Use a standard sports ball pump with a needle if adjustments are needed.


📲 How Scanning Works

Each Dribbleup Product acts like a dynamic QR code. The app uses your device’s camera to recognize the product and track your movement.

Dribbleup Products are made of high-quality synthetic materials designed for everyday play. They can be used both indoors and outdoors, just like regular sports gear. To keep them in good shape:

  • Avoid sharp surfaces or extreme weather

  • Clean and dry after use

  • Store properly when not in use
