Delivery Day

In the box, you'll find your Smart Equipment and a device stand. Your Membership to access sessions activates upon delivery. To get started, first create your account online at account.dribbleup.com. Then, download the app in the App Store or Google Play. You will see a tutorial your first time within the Dribbleup App. It will show you how to scan your Smart Equipment to access sessions.

Sessions

Join daily live sessions, and you'll be able to compete with other users from across the country for your spot on the leaderboard. Instructors will often shout out usernames for encouragement. Don't worry! They can see your username and stats but can't see you. Soon after completion, live sessions join our growing on-demand library. You can complete these sessions at any time to fit your schedule.

Facebook Group

Our Facebook groups are full of people like yourself connecting and motivating each other. It is a great place to share your and your family's progress. You will also be the first to know about exclusive offers and new products. Plus, you might make some new friends! Fitness Group (boxing & strength ball) Sports Group (basketball & soccer)
