The All-Access Membership gives you unlimited access to live and on-demand training sessions across all supported Dribbleup products—like the Smart Basketball, Soccer Ball, Baseball Glove, Tennis Racket, and Dribbleup Fitness.
When does my Membership start?
Your Membership begins automatically when your Dribbleup product is delivered. If purchased separately at account.dribbleup.com, it starts at the time of purchase.

How do I manage or cancel my Membership?
You can manage your Membership at any time by logging in at account.dribbleup.com. From there, you can:

What happens if I received Dribbleup as a gift?
Even if your product was a gift, the Membership activates when the order is delivered. If you’re unsure which email the Membership is under or need help accessing it, see: Received Dribbleup as a Gift? Here’s How Membership Works
Can I share my Membership with others?
Yes. You can add up to 6 household members to your account. Everyone on the account will have access to all available training sessions.
Can I use one Membership with multiple Dribbleup products?
Absolutely. One Membership gives you access to training for all supported Dribbleup products. You’ll just need the coordinating product to unlock the content in the app.
What can I access without the Membership?
Without a Membership, you’ll have access to limited content in the app, such as short drills. The All-Access Membership unlocks the full library of live and on-demand sessions.
I already have a Membership. Will I be charged again if I buy another product?
You’ll still be charged for the new Dribbleup product you purchase, but you won’t be charged for a second Membership—as long as you use the same email tied to your existing Membership. Your current Membership will continue as usual.
